Aqua Mobile - Our Fitness programs are currently not available

Our Aqua mobile classes are conducted in our Hydrotherapy pool. This therapeutic pool is heated to a warm 33 degrees and is of great help to arthritis suffers.

The vicious circle of arthritis starts with sore joints which makes it hard to exercise, which leads to weight gain, which increases pressure on the joints, which makes life painful.

The warmth of the water encourages a lubricating fluid into the joints. This in conjunction with your body’s buoyancy in the water helps to separate the joints.
Therefore exercise that was impossible on land can be achieved in the hydrotherapy environment. Thus weight loss and muscle growth are achieved giving you a better quality of life.
