23rd Jan - 4th Feb 2012, Centenary Heights Pool closed for maintenance

We had hoped to be back at the Centenary Heights facility by now but due to unforseen circumstances, the Centenary Heights High School has informed us that the pool will not be available for use until the 6th of February.

This of course will affect our ability to provide lessons in our DLSA Centenary Heights Learn-to-swim & Squad Program for the during this time.

We have made arrangements to offer classes to our DLSA Centenary Heights families at our Wilsonton facility.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

TODDLERS & MUMS TO PRE-MINI:

1. All levels from Toddlers & Mums to Pre-Mini will continue at our from the 23rd of January.

2. All classes Monday to Saturday will swim at our DLSA Wilsonton Facility.

3. All classes will be available at your ORIGINAL BOOKED TIME at our DLSA Wilsonton Facility. e.g.; if you are booked to start a lesson at 4.30PM on Tuesday, you will actually swim at time and day.

DLSA CENTENARY HEIGHTS SQUAD PROGRAM:

4. We are trying to secure lane space at a alternate facility for our Squad Program.

5. When a solution arises, squad families will be notified by email, text, Facebook & phone calls in due course.

DLSA WILSONTON SQUAD PROGRAM:

6. Unfortunately, to accomodate the DLSA Centenary Heights Learn-to-swim Program during the Centenary Heights pool closure we need to utilise lanes 4 and 5 at our Wilsonton facility.

7. Changes have had to be made to our Original Squad Schedule during until the 4th of February.

8. Our Admin Team will contact all DLSA Squad families direct to discuss.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

• If you DO make it to DLSA Wilsonton for your booked lesson, you will be credited with a 30% discount for those attended lessons.

• If you CANNOT make it to DLSA Wilsonton for your booked lesson BUT you would like to do a make-up later in February, you can do so.

• If you CANNOT make it to DLSA Wilsonton for your booked lesson, you will accrue a credit for that lesson.

• If you DO make it to your booked DLSA Centenary Heights Squad Session (potentially located at a venue other than DLSA Wilsonton), you will be credited with a 30% discount for those attended lessons.

• If you CANNOT make it to your booked DLSA Centenary Heights Squad Session (potentially located at a venue other than DLSA Wilsonton) BUT you would like to do a make-up later in February, you can do so.

• If you CANNOT make it to your booked DLSA Centenary Heights Squad Session (potentially located at a venue other than DLSA Wilsonton), you can accrue a credit for that session.

• If you CANNOT make it to the CHANGED DLSA WILSONTON SQUAD session, you can accrue a credit for that session.

• If you CANNOT make it to the CHANGED DLSA WILSONTON SQUAD session, BUT you would like to do a make-up later in February, you can do so.

• PLEASE NOTE: It will take time to work through all the account adjustments for each family. We appreciate your patience through this period.

At this stage, normal booking times will resume at the Centenary Heights pool from Monday the 6th February.

Thank-you for your patience & understanding. Although this represents a little more driving time we encourage you to make the effort to come accross to our DLSA Wilsonton facility. This is such an important time of the year to continue your child's swimming skill development.

We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience caused with regards to the Centenary Heights maintenance closure. Unfortunately, the decision was out of our, and the school's control and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

GETTING THE INFORMATION OUT TO OUR FAMILIES:

3. We will produce another booking confirmation letter for our DLSA Centenary Heights families explaining what will happen over the next few weeks. In the mail on the 20th Jan received on the 23rd Jan.

CHANGES TO OUR ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED DLSA WILSONTON SQUAD PROGRAM:

1. For the duration of the CH facility closure, Monday MS to run at 5.30.

2. For the duration of the CH facility closure, Monday CJI has been cancelled.

3. For the duration of the CH facility closure, Tuesday MS & JS to run at 5.30 as a combined MJS.

4. Wednesday JS can continue as usual.

5. Thursday Squads TBC.

6. For the duration of the CH facility closure, there will be a MS added to the schedule on Friday at 3.30pm.

7. For the duration of the CH facility closure, there will be a JS added to the schedule on Friday at 4.15pm.

8. For the duration of the CH facility closure, there will be a MS added to the schedule on Saturday at 12.00pm.

9. For the duration of the CH facility closure, there will be a JS added to the schedule on Saturday at 12.00pm.
