Trading hours and Admin Contact times can vary day-to-day. Basically, our Friendly Admin Team is at the desk 15 minutes before the start of our first class and until 15 minutes following our last class.
Contacting the Admin Team via the phone can sometimes be challenging due to the customer enquiry rate at the front desk. But don't waste your call, leave a message and we will work to return your call ASAP.
Also, did you know, when dialling in to notify us of a cancellation, you can elect to leave a voice message without having to talk to us. Follow the voice prompts at the beginning of the auto answer process.
