DLSA Stage 1 - CV19 Customer Information and Lesson Procedure

Please note the following important information pertaining to how your lesson will proceed during Stage 1 of our reopening:

  1. You and/or your child participating in a swimming class/session may only do so if you/your child has not exhibited cold or flu like symptoms in the previous 72 hours leading up to your scheduled class.

  2. Arrive for your class at least 10 minutes early.

  3. DO NOT ENTER THE FACILITY.

  4. About 5 minutes before your scheduled class a DLSA Team member will greet you at the front entrance.

  5. Use the hand sanitiser available for use by DLSA customers.

  6. Wash you/your child’s hands for at least 20 seconds.

  7. When entering the facility, follow the directional arrows to walk through to the class. A DLSA Team member will be there to guide you also.

  8. CHANGE ROOMS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE

  9. A toilet IS available if needed.

  10. Arrive ready to swim. We suggest you and/or your child has your togs on, underneath appropriate clothing.

  11. INFANT/TODDLER CLASSES – Each parent/child will have a separate changing area with your own port-a-cot on pool deck.

  12. LEARN-TO-SWIM CLASSES – Swimmers will place their towel and clothes in a plastic container ready for collection at the end of the class.

  13. Once the class has finished, participants must dry quickly, redress in appropriate clothes over the top of togs and leave the facility following the exit directional arrows.

  14. Use the hand sanitiser available for customers when exiting our facility.

  15. The Admin Desk is currently closed. You must contact our Admin Team via phone or email.
