Info About Our New Booking Software Functionality - Specific to Bookings

It's been a big couple of weeks for the DLSA Admin Team as they become familiar with the new iClassPro Booking Program. Things have been going pretty smoothly, but we still have some work to do to become totally confident with everything.

We have entered a new stage of the rollout though and now, customers can log into our Customer Portal and/or download and log into the iClassPro smartphone app and do a number of things to help manage their swimming bookings.

Here are a few key items you can do right now, as well as some important info you need to know:

  • Cancel an upcoming booking to and accrue a make up token;

  • Currently, you can only cancel a future booking up to 2 weeks in advance.

  • To accrue a make up token, you must notify us at least an hour before the start of the class.

  • Search and request a make up class;

  • You can use a make up token to search and request a make up booking.

  • Currently, this is set up as a REQUEST only and our Admin Team will then process the request and you will be notified via email if your make up request has been APPROVED or DENIED.

  • Search and request a new booking;

  • If you are returning to the DLSA Program, you can search and request a new booking.

  • Currently, this is set up as a REQUEST only and our Admin Team will then process the request and you will be notified via email if your make up request has been APPROVED or DENIED.

  • Transfer a booking to a different class;

  • You can search for classes and request to have your current booking transferred to a different class.

  • Currently, this is set up as a REQUEST only and our Admin Team will then process the request and you will be notified via email if your make up request has been APPROVED or DENIED.

  • Search for classes and create a waitlist on a preferred class;

  • You can search for a preferred class time/day/teacher and if it is currently fully booked, you can create a WAITLIST request.

  • iClassPro will automatically notify you if a spot becomes available in this class.

We are excited about the new functionality we are offering to our families. We know there will be some bumps in the road, but we will work our way through each issue as best we can.
